I purchased 24 acrylic trays from this seller. Two arrived with cracks through them and another with a bubble/ defect in one of the trays. Despite the “inspection” they do upon shipment the quality is not great. The seller will not refund the damaged trays but suggested I pay for shipping for additional trays. Cannot recommend this product or seller.

Merrick: Unfortunately your "version" of this purchase is a fairy tale. You received an order that was broken during the Christmas rush and for which you were insured. You indicated you did not have time to make a claim and we accommodated you by crediting you the cost of those trays against any future purchase and you took advantage immediately. You also indicated in our e-mails "I am loving these trays" yet you say otherwise in your review. Shame on you for what appears to be misleading statements and partial truths but you responded and we posted.
